Kelly Services C.I.S. on behalf of its client, a global Production Company, with a strong presence in Russia is searching for Application Contract & Quality Manager.

1. Role Purpose

• Manage vendors/service providers and their contracts to ensure end-to-end service levels are met routinely and service improvement plans are established promptly when necessary.
• Management of QA process and ensuring that the quality of all IS project deliverables (particularly handovers of projects and changes) are checked according to agreed guidelines.
• Manage and optimize contracts, signed with the service providers and vendors.

2. Business environment
Contract Management:
• Manage contracts from a financial perspective.
• Manages problems/issues relating to service providers.
• Conducts vendor performance reviews with IS Performance Management Board.
• Ensure contractual terms and conditions are respected:
- Consistency of contractual terms and conditions;
- Service volumes;
- Service Levels achievement;
• Actively participate in contract revisions and renegotiations (prices, service volumes, and service levels).
• Administer contracts (preparing contract amendments, contract translation and resolving contract issues).

Quality Control Management:
• Audit and quality control of IS project deliverables to maintain/improve quality of IS solutions.
• Audit and control of service delivery and up-to-date reporting of service delivery suppliers to guarantee accuracy and quality of service.
• Management, planning and reporting of QA processes and exceptions for all IS releases.
• Development and control of all QA related processes, including QA documentation, error checklists and defects/issues logging.
• Ensure full test life cycle completion, from the production and maintenance of IS solutions to user acceptance testing.
• Drive and support supplier sourcing activities.

3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education:
• Engineering/Technical University degree Level

Experience:
• More than 5 years of IT/IS quality experience and vendor contract management.
• More than 3 years of Project management experience

Technical competencies:
• Understanding of QA processes and test techniques.
• Understanding of application services management processes.
• Relationship management.

Other skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Languages - Excellent command of oral and written English.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
