They enable you to understand the goal and basic activities of each of the processes and are a handy reference guide for everyday use. They include explanations of: why, goals/objectives, activities, results, costs, and benefits.

THE MANAGEMENT POWERPOINT SLIDESHOW

This high quality PowerPoint presentation gives you an excellent insight into the whole area of Service Management and ITIL®. It helps explain the concepts to executives/management and covers everything from the ITIL framework to certification and more.

ITIL® PROCESS COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRES

This is a detailed questionnaire set, designed to help you determine what areas are working well and which areas are in need of some attention with respect to best practice. This Excel spreadsheet basically assesses how your organization measures up against ITIL®.
